For your info, GBSRT was developed in 1992 and is widely used as a term of reference for the standard prices in the maintenance and repair works of Government Vessels. The last revision of the tariff was in 2012 and is still being used now.AMIM has been working hard to revise the tariff since the establishment of the AMIM GBSRT Task Force in January 2018. Since then, various engagements, workshops, meetings & forums have been organized by AMIM. And now, we are proud to inform you that we are at the final stage of finalizing the GBSRT with Government agencies, so let’s put the finishing touch on it and get the revised tariff ready for the benefits of the industry especially to AMIM members.
The workshop’s main objective is the revision of the current Government Tariff. Above all, the workshop is about closing the gap between the Government and the industry players. The session will combine a variety of debates and brainstorming with facts & figures to help give us the best solution for all stakeholders.
The events bring together important key people from the Royal Malaysian Navy, Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency, Marine Police, Department of Fisheries, Marine Department, Royal Malaysian Custom, MOF & MINDEF together with AMIM diverse membership for 3-days of networking, work, food, fun, and camaraderie.
